Bootcamp With Your Baby is a full-body workout designed for parents and caregivers who want to build strength, improve posture, and stay active with their little one by their side.
This class blends high-energy movement, core-based training, lower-body and upper-body strength work, and corrective postural exercises to help you feel stronger in your everyday life.
Whether you are lifting your child, pushing a stroller, getting down on the floor to play, or keeping up on the playground, this workout is designed to support the way your body moves as a parent or caregiver.
You will build strength in muscles you may not even realize you use every day.
Safe zone
Bootcamp With Your Baby is a nurturing fitness space. If you need to step away during class to feed your child, change a diaper, or soothe your little one, you are welcome to do so without feeling uncomfortable. You can rejoin the class when you are ready, and I will help you jump back in so you feel supported and included.
The bootcamp is designed to give you freedom, strength, and confidence — a space where you can move, sweat, and show up for yourself and your little one.
It’s not just a workout — it’s a joyful, empowering experience for both you and your baby with zero intimidation.
the Bootcamp
Each session combines strength, cardio, and flexibility to support both you and your little one. With your baby as your workout partner, you’ll push, squat, lift, and laugh through every rep — growing stronger together.
Location
Workouts are held locally — either outdoors on a nearby field or park, or indoors in a rented studio space (depending on season and weather).
Structure
Group Exercise: Capped at 20 participants max — focused and fueled by accountability.
Children stay close: in a stroller, carrier, or by your side while you train.
Safe space: No pressure, no judgement — everyone is in this together.
