Hi, I’m Emily — the Personal Trainer behind East Coast Adrenaline. I believe fitness isn’t just about the workouts — it’s about unleashing strength, grit, and confidence that carries over into every part of your life. With 15+ years of experience as a trainer — including several years working in physical therapy clinics all over the country — I’ve worked with hundreds of people to rebuild strength, improve mobility, and boost confidence.

My background in corrective exercise means that I challenge your limits in both a safe and efficient manner. I make sure you’re training smart, preventing injuries, and moving in ways that support your long-term health.

I love working with moms — from pregnancy through postpartum and beyond. I understand the energy it takes to juggle kids, career, and life, and my goal is to help you reignite that spark that makes you feel like you again.
