What to Know Before your first workout session

Show Up Prepared on Zoom

Make sure Zoom is downloaded on your phone, laptop, or desktop before your session. Keep your camera and mic on to stay fully engaged and connected — this is a real-time coaching experience, not a recording. Log in 3–5 minutes early to test your camera and audio.

Lock In and Focus

Show up prepared for your session with water and a towel nearby. Position your device so I can see your full body from head to toe — laptop or phone preferred. This allows me to coach your form, correct alignment, and push your limits safely. Make sure your lighting is bright enough so your movements are clear and visible.

Create Your Space

You’ll move, sweat, and need room for full-body movement. All you need is a 5x5 foot area and your own body.

  • Workout mat or carpeted area: Make sure you have access to one of these surfaces.

  • Training attire + sneakers: you’re here to move, not lounge.

  • Optional gear: dumbbells or resistance bands if available. No gear? No problem — bodyweight training still delivers when done with power and intent.
