the Bootcamp
Each session combines strength, cardio, and flexibility to support both you and your little one. With your baby as your workout partner, you’ll push, squat, lift, and laugh through every rep — growing stronger together.
Location
Workouts are held locally — either outdoors on a nearby field or park, or indoors in a rented studio space (depending on season and weather).
Structure
Group Exercise: Capped at 12 participants max — focused and fueled by accountability.
Children stay close: in a stroller, carrier, or training alonside of you.
Respectful zone: No noise, no chaos — just driven women focused on putting in the work.

Even with your little one by your side, Mommy & Me Bootcamp is a full-body workout that blends corrective exercise, postpartum-focused training, and deep core work. Every session is about working together to rebuild our bodies after pregnancy.
Safe zone
The Mommy & Me Bootcamp is a safe space for moms and their children. If you need to step away for a moment — for a feeding, diaper change, or any of the curveballs that moms of babies face — we allow opportunity and space for that in this class. Jump back in whenever you're ready.
It’s designed to give you freedom, strength, and confidence — a space where you can move, sweat, and show up for yourself and your little one.
